Winter-spec AWD vehicles and specialized drivers, held for your stay. The same driver for every move, with routes planned around Colorado's mountain roads.
Two vehicles, built for winter.
Every vehicle, every driver.
Premium AWD and 4x4 SUVs and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters.
Nokian Hakkapeliitta winter-rated tires through the season.

Additional fog and low-visibility lighting for night storms.
Trained in protective and winter mountain driving. The same driver for the stay.
Every move has an alternate and a fallback time for closures and chain law.

Drivers used to principals, and to the security teams around them.
Book the driver and the vehicle on their own for a principal who travels light, or have our driver ride with your security team as the local who knows the roads, the house and the alternates. Same driver, same vehicle, for every move of the stay. Never dispatched by the hour.

Discretion is the standard.
We are used to working with clients whose names never appear anywhere. An NDA is signed before details are shared, on request. Need-to-know is how the detail runs: the driver and the agents are told what the move requires and nothing more, and "drive as directed" is common practice, with no itinerary asked for in advance. Every driver and agent on the detail is vetted and bound by the same confidentiality.
Four airports, one plan.
When Aspen goes below minimums, the vehicle and the plan follow the aircraft to Rifle or Eagle.
Held for the stay, not the hour.
The vehicles and drivers for Levels 01–03. Booked with the detail.
Board meetings, site visits and dinners across the valley, one vehicle and driver held throughout.
Gear, children and ski school runs with the same driver every day.
Diversions and closures handled with alternates already planned.
Transport questions.
No. Vehicles, drivers and agents are reserved by the day (10 hours) or the whole stay, so the same driver and vehicle are there for every move. Time beyond 10 hours is billed per hour.
Premium AWD and 4x4 SUVs for up to five passengers and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters for up to 10, all on winter-rated tires with high-clearance and auxiliary-lighting setups for mountain storms.
Aspen (ASE), Rifle (RIL), Eagle (EGE), Denver (DEN), Telluride (TEX) and Montrose (MTJ), including the private aviation FBOs at each, plus the Front Range FBOs at Centennial (APA) and Rocky Mountain Metro (BJC) for mountain-bound pickups and diversions. Weather diversions from Aspen to Rifle or Eagle, and from Telluride to Montrose, are planned in advance.
Yes. A specialized driver is trained in defensive and evasive driving, plans routes and alternates, controls the arrival and departure and works with close protection agents when they are on the detail.
Additional agents, detail leaders and full details are quoted after a private briefing. Request a private briefing →
