Executive protectionAspen & Vail.
Vehicle, driver and agents. One veteran-led tactical team for the whole stay, from a specialized driver for your own detail to a full detail.
A tactical team.Not a guard roster.
Most local protection is staffed one officer at a time. Ours is a standing team that trains, rehearses and deploys together, with the drivers and vehicles inside the same plan.

The same agents plan, train and work together. Details are not assembled from individual off-duty shifts.
Team drawn from U.S. military veterans with protective, tactical and high-risk travel backgrounds.
Evacuation routes, vehicle drills and rally points are walked and rehearsed before the principal arrives.
Armed agents and protective equipment where the assessment and the law call for it. Low-profile when they don't.
Trauma kits on every detail and agents trained to treat injuries before help arrives at altitude.
Specialized drivers train with the agents, so the vehicle is part of every contingency, not a separate vendor.

From one specialized driver to a full detail.
Every level includes the vehicle. Choose a starting point; the assessment confirms the level and the team size.
A trained, specialized driver who is used to driving other people's security details, with a winter-spec AWD vehicle held for the whole stay. You bring your own detail; we supply the driver and the vehicle, with routes and alternates planned before each move.

Close protection, the residence, private events, K9.
Four parts of one detail. The same team, under one lead, from the FBO to the house to the event.

An agent with the principal on foot: restaurants, the mountain, meetings, galas. Venues advanced, arrivals and departures controlled, medical first response on hand.

The house as part of the detail, not a separate guard contract: staff briefing, vehicle staging, arrival and departure control at the residence.

Dinners, galas, weddings and gatherings on private property, run for the host or the principal: principal arrival and departure control, discreet agents on the floor, vehicles and drivers for principals and VIP guests.

Handler-led sweeps of the residence, the venue and the vehicles before the principal arrives, with the detail for events and multi-day stays. Quoted after the briefing.
Every engagement is a protective detail for a principal, a family or a host, planned and led by our team for the whole stay or event. We don't staff doors, patrols or hourly posts.
Detection K9 teams, with the detail.
Handler-led detection K9 teams sweep the residence, the venue and the vehicles before the principal arrives, and stay with the detail for events and multi-day stays. Deployed with the same team, under the same lead, planned in the same briefing.

Side by side.

The whole team, under one lead.
A full detail combines the people and the vehicles in one plan. It scales from a two-person team for one principal to around-the-clock coverage for a family with guests.
Plan a full detailRuns the plan, the schedule and the single line to the principal, family office and house staff.
With the principal and family on foot: town, the mountain, dinners, events.
Ahead of every move: venues walked, arrivals timed, exits and emergency care confirmed.
Trained for protective and winter driving, held for the stay, never swapped day to day.
Winter-spec AWD SUVs and Sprinters, staged for the principal and a follow vehicle when required.
Coordination with house staff and property managers; arrival and departure control at the residence.
City protection plans break up here.
Most protection firms fly teams in. The risks in Aspen and Vail are local: roads, weather, altitude and a small town that notices.
Highway 82 over Independence Pass closes for the winter, I-70 runs chain law and closes in storms, and canyon roads ice overnight. Every move has a planned alternate and a fallback time.
When Aspen goes below minimums, jets divert to Rifle or Eagle, 60–70 miles away. The vehicle and the plan follow the aircraft, and the principal is not left at an FBO.
Aspen sits near 8,000 ft. Agents carry medical kits, know the nearest emergency care for every venue and plan drive times to higher-level trauma care.
In Aspen and Vail, a visible detail draws attention fast. We work low-profile in restaurants, galas, on the mountain and at private homes.
Coverage drops on passes and in the backcountry. Teams run on radios and agreed check-in points, not just phones.
Christmas–New Year, Presidents’ Week, Food & Wine and the Ideas Festival bring heavy crowds and traffic. Plans are timed around the town calendar.

From the FBO to the house to the event. One team.
Arrival control, the residence and every move in between, run by the same detail for the whole stay.
Briefing to debrief.
The same five steps for one driver or a full team. The plan stays on file for the next visit.
A confidential call with the principal, family office or EA. Dates, people, places, concerns. NDA available before anything is shared.
Threat and exposure review, residence and venues, travel days, weather and road risk, medical routing. It sets the level and the team size.
Routes and alternates driven, venues walked, FBO and residence staff briefed, nearest emergency care mapped for every location.
One detail leader, one line to call. Drivers, agents and vehicles run as one team from wheels-down to wheels-up.
A short written debrief after the stay, and the plan is kept on file so the next visit starts ready.
Principals and the people who look after them.
Quiet, vetted, accountable.

Transportation and protection, run as one.
Cameron James Group is built on two decades of Aspen and Vail private transportation for high-net-worth guests: the roads in every season, and the way principals and their families actually move through these towns. The movement side is a Colorado-permitted ground transportation operator whose drivers work protective details in these towns today. The protection side is a standing team of military veterans led by its own detail lead, with POST-certified officers on the roster, detection K9 handlers, and every agent qualified under a certified firearms instructor. One plan, one lead on the ground, one line to call.

Discretion is the standard.
We are used to working with clients whose names never appear anywhere. An NDA is signed before details are shared, on request. Need-to-know is how the detail runs: the driver and the agents are told what the move requires and nothing more, and "drive as directed" is common practice, with no itinerary asked for in advance. Every driver and agent on the detail is vetted and bound by the same confidentiality.
Executive protection questions.
Three levels. Level 01 is a specialized driver with a dedicated winter-spec AWD vehicle, for principals who bring their own security detail. Level 02 adds a close protection agent who stays with the principal on foot. Level 03 is a full detail: detail leader, agents, specialized drivers, vehicles, advance work and residence coverage. The level and team size come from the assessment.
Yes. Vehicles, specialized drivers and agents work as one team under one detail leader, so nothing is split between a car company and a security company.
Carry is set by the threat assessment, the client and Colorado law. Agents who carry hold a Colorado concealed-handgun permit. It is discussed in the briefing and never advertised.
For Christmas–New Year and Presidents' Week, book as early as you can. A full detail needs time for the assessment and advance. For a driver and vehicle or a single agent, call — short-notice coverage is often possible.
Yes. We regularly provide local specialized drivers, vehicles, advance work and supplemental agents to corporate protection teams and visiting details coming into Aspen and Vail.
Yes. Arrivals and departures at Aspen (ASE), Rifle (RIL), Eagle (EGE), Denver (DEN), Telluride (TEX) and Montrose (MTJ), plus the Front Range FBOs at Centennial (APA) and Rocky Mountain Metro (BJC), are planned into the detail, including weather diversions, with handoffs from the aircraft to the vehicle to the residence.
Aspen, Snowmass, Vail, Beaver Creek and Telluride, plus the Denver and Front Range corridor for arrivals and departures. Details can travel with the principal across Colorado.
Day rates for a specialized driver with vehicle, and for a driver with one close protection agent, are published on the transport page. Multi-agent teams, detail leaders and full details depend on the threat picture, hours and team size; a written proposal follows the briefing.
An NDA is available before details are shared. We never name clients, never post on social media and never use identifying detail in marketing. Briefing requests are seen only by the team arranging your call.
Start with a confidential conversation.
Tell us the dates, the people and the places. We come back with a protection plan, the team it needs and a written proposal. Nothing is published, and nothing is shared.
